About sherijkennedyriverside
Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. Reaching inward and venturing outward as the Snoqualmie River flows onward past my doorstep and life runs freely through my being, I set pen to page to share what I perceive.
Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountain foothills town of North Bend, Washington USA. Her heart has found its home.
incredibly beautiful Sheri, although the colors are amazing, it makes me think of the fires we just had. LOVE how u finished it tho…what an awesome thing to do! I’ve had a painting my son did as a child I’ve always wanted to fix, now that the paint has cracked on it, maybe u can show me how u did it?
I didn’t fixed cracked paint on this, although the laminate process might be able to stick what’s left to the page. It will basically ‘freeze’ whatever is there and show the texture through the vinyl since it melts around it in detail. There are limitations and risks. I’d have to see the painting to tell you if it has a good chance of success. Stop by a Writer’s Cafe’ some time with it.
