NaNoWriMo! Another fine year comes to a close!

Thanks to everyone in the fun and fabulous Snoqualmie Valley Region for homing with us and/or tagging along! It was an added bonus and challenge to be a co-ML this year and lead the charge of the SnoValley NaNoRhinos! It was a tough win for me this year, and all the sweeter for surprising myself and coming through in the final sprint.

AND A BIG CONGRATS TO ALL THE WRIMOS EVERYWHERE! GREAT JOB AND THANKS FOR TAKING THE CHALLENGE WITH US!  AND THANKS TO THOSE AT NANOWRIMO.ORG FOR MAKING IT ALL POSSIBLE!

Here’s a photo gallery of some highlights this month, and a glimpse at the concepts of my new Fantasy Novel manuscript, VOICES OF ELLSINORE…

thumbEllsinore appears like any other town, but the Voices cry out what’s hidden beneath, haunting the consciousness of all who cross their lands.

Ellsinore is a place of beauty and pulls one in like a perilous daydream. Everyone loves to visit, but soon they hear the Voices on the wind, uprooted from the trees and running the cold, flashing streams. Every leaf is watching. Every flower aware. Listen…and watch your step.

Wild nature lies hidden beneath every stone, under each tree and snuggled in the moss along the river. Ellsinore, a quiet little town, is ringing with voices though some refuse to hear.

The journey of a young woman’s heart is tangled in the longing for the mother she once pushed away now lost in the wilds of  Ellsinore. She follows the dream of love with a man wise beyond his years and finds the soul of her mother’s love along with the temptation to cast it to the wind in hopes to keep it forever.

VOICES OF ELLSINORE is a new novel written by Sheri J. Kennedy. All Rights Reserved.

Great job to you and Tam Borgia. I may not have won this year, but I got more than 15k words down on probably the hardest book I’ve had to write. Thank you so much. Rhino on!
