Railroad Days Snoqualmie – Community Festival

Railroad Days is a long tradition in the Snoqualmie Valley and includes lots of events. This year’s was highlighted by train rides with a visiting steam engine brought by the Northwest Railway Museum. Here’s a collection of photos from what I saw on my day at the fair. If you’re interested in seeing the train in action there is video HERE and HERE. You can also see the inside of the train and more photos of the museum’s restoration projects at my slideshow page HERE.

About sherijkennedyriverside

Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. For the past 8 years, writing has been my second full time job, and it's worth every sleepless night. Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountains. Her heart has found its home.
