Scene 02-21 Took My Breath Away!

I came out of the gift shop, and when I glanced up Mt. Si took my breath away!

About sherijkennedyriverside

Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. For the past 8 years, writing has been my second full time job, and it's worth every sleepless night. Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountains. Her heart has found its home.

I liked this, as in liked very much. Another stunning photograph, Sheri.

    • Thanks so much! It’s easy to get remarkable images when the mountain hovers over everything you do day to day. Although you do have to be willing to drop everything and stop to catch the special lighting or cloud patterns wherever you are when they occur.
I was picking up a gift for a friend’s birthday during my lunch hour, so I was in a hurry, but my jaw literally dropped and this moment got a ‘Wow!’ from me. I put the gift down on the sidewalk and zigzagged around until I could get the Chevy dealership sign across the street out of the best part of the view. 🙂
It’s really astounding to live in a town at the foot of Mt. Si, and I love sharing as much of the beauty as I can capture in little images. So glad you could enjoy it too!
