S – Semiahmoo Birdwatching Birthday

Here’s a gallery from when I took my brother birdwatching to Semiahmoo to celebrate his birthday last Sunday. From Semiahmoo you can see the Peace Arch at the US/Canada Blaine border. We also visited Birch Bay and surrounding areas. Click on any photo below to see them all bigger. Don’t miss the Mt. Baker ones larger. You can also see the Brandt flock dabbling video HERE and what happens when an eagle chases the huge flock into flight HERE. Be sure to click HD and watch for the eagle in the bottom right corner when the camera pans the sky at the end…Happy Birthday, Dave!

About sherijkennedyriverside

Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. For the past 8 years, writing has been my second full time job, and it's worth every sleepless night. Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountains. Her heart has found its home.
