Saturday I experienced cool and hot jazz at the North Bend Jazz Walk 2016. Our town comes alive with incredible talent and sweet refrains crammed into every nook and cranny of our local business venues. Undeniably awesome! You can hear some bits on video HERE and HERE … Thanks to Danny Kolke whose vision and hard work made this all possible. I can’t wait until next year when it starts all over again!

Not to gloat…but the crepe really was amazingly yummy, a great way to kick off the spectacularly fun evening. If I could I’d send you one, but it’d be a little scary by the time it arrived…lol. *Virtual Yummy Crepe to You*

It’s a very big festival for such a small town, but we have a mentor here that’s very passionate about Jazz, and he’s sparked interest in it Valley-wide and region-wide. It’s awesome when someone’s spark catches fire like this!

How wonderful. It is awesome for something to catch on like that.
