W – Writers

Pogo avatarWriters often have a reputation for being a strange breed, and I guess we are. Conjuring stories out of the ether is a bit odd…Is it even stranger that this feels totally normal to me? Here’s my latest Avatar on a game site I enjoy. It looks cooler when the purple flaming hair is animated, but you’ll have to use your imagination since I can’t capture it that way. I thought it was a fun image to go with my current Time Travel Adventure work in progress.

Speaking of imagination…Let yours run wild through all kinds of stories at the CapitalIndieBookCon this summer in Olympia, WA. This is going to be a great event for readers –  All kinds of authors and books bunched together in a giant one day emporium. Add it to your calendar now. I hope to see you there at our FreeValley Publishing table! Please click on the image below to find the event to follow on Facebook for the latest updates and news from Authors.

About sherijkennedyriverside

Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. For the past 8 years, writing has been my second full time job, and it's worth every sleepless night. Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountains. Her heart has found its home.
