Snow Days

Set of six. Snowed in with the river and free again?

About sherijkennedyriverside

Left brain, right brain, I can't decide. After many years of successful visual arts pursuits, I'm working on my other creative inclinations. For the past 8 years, writing has been my second full time job, and it's worth every sleepless night. Sheri J. Kennedy grew up mostly a city-girl coasthopping from Seattle to rural Pennsylvania, Miami and back to Seattle. She currently resides on the banks of the Snoqualmie River in the scenic Cascade Mountains. Her heart has found its home.

  1. Love the snow covered landscape. A winter wonderland.

This is fun….the third photo is an absolute wonderland…so beautiful. And it’s fun seeing QFC with Mt. Si behind it – that tells a big story. The last photo is a pleasure – all that texture. And soon there will be more….

Beautiful snowy pictures, Sheri! I have been enjoying your sets of six very much. I have also just finished reading ‘Feeling Human’ – fabulous!

    • Thanks for letting me know you’ve been enjoying the six photo project, Clare. I think because they’re contemplative they don’t elicit very many comments, so I keep wondering if I should keep going. The encouragement is helpful. It’s fun to be taking more photos again and breaking them into sets is intriguing to me.
Thanks SO much for reading ‘Feeling Human’. I’ve had such great feedback on it, but it hasn’t really been discovered by very many readers. Little by little I’m hearing that it’s catching on. I’m so glad you enjoyed the read!

I’m afraid I having been commenting much anywhere recently because of lack of time. Things are a little easier now and I hope I should be able to keep up with the blogs I follow.
What a shame that you have only had a few readers for ‘Feeling Human’. I do hope it does catch on!
