Panning back from yesterday’s views of Mt. Baker and Mt. Shuksan, we can see how the glaciers and rock features fit into the surrounding landscape. To me this is the definition of ‘grandeur’.
At last…I made it up to see Mt. Baker this season, and it could not have been a more perfect day. It’s a rare pleasure to see the whole mountain clear of cloud cover. Well worth the wait!
