An intriguing view of home on an ideal evening. Would you want to live there?
The sunny day turned dark and the river rose quickly. Clouds descended and mist ascended, and the fresh spring world was washed clean.
Today’s sunshine turned my riverside from mellow colors to glowing green.
Like this determined and bright little rhododendron branch, I am always seeking the splashes of sunshine between the long shadows of winter. The Pacific Northwest is known for its skies of grey, but also for its abundant living green.
The vivid green of the algae beneath the water made the shadows and reflections vibrant with color.
