This time of year the mornings are so beautiful. It calls me to go outside in the middle of my eggs and toast.
It seemed to me the rock in the middle and the one on the shore were talking to one another across the sunlit water, having a morning conversation.

This crow was meticulously stripping pieces of the soggy wood on the beach and collecting them to carry away. He flew off with a beak full. That must be some nest he’s building. More like a cabin!
